Parents are offered a home visit in the Summer Term

A meeting is held early in the Summer Term for the parents of new children

Pre School children due to start school in September spend one afternoon a week in school during the Summer Term (with Pre School staff).

Induction sessions are offered for all new children.

There is close liaison between school staff and our Pre-school.

The Early Years teacher aims to visit children’s nursery/pre-school setting.

There is a good level of teaching assistant support throughout the school.

Each child has a school buddy who will support them.
